The Planetary Countercurrent Concrete Mixer, also known as vertical‑shaft counter‑current pan mixer or intensive planetary mixer, is a high‑performance batch mixing machine engineered to produce micro‑homogeneous mixtures for high‑grade concrete and hard‑to‑blend industrial powders. With unique counter‑current planetary motion, CO‑NELE vertical planetary mixer eliminates mixing dead zones, cuts mixing cycle time and delivers consistent batch‑to‑batch quality for precast components, UHPC, refractory materials, ceramics and lithium‑ion raw‑material blending.
Different from conventional single‑direction planetary mixers, our planetary countercurrent concrete mixer adopts a counter‑current gearing system. Each mixing star carries out compound movement: revolving around the central main shaft while rotating on its own axis in the opposite direction of revolution.
The reverse rotation generates strong convective‑shear turbulence inside the pan. Materials move multi‑directionally across all mixing zones, so aggregates, cement, fibers, fine powders and additives collide, knead and blend thoroughly in a short cycle without leaving unmixed corners at the pan bottom or side walls.
