The CMP150 planetary concrete mixer adopts a scientific planetary mixing trajectory. The mixing blades cover the entire mixing drum cavity during the rotation and revolution process, completely eliminating the mixing dead angle that plagues traditional mixers. It can effectively solve the problems of lightweight aggregate floating and ultra-fine powder agglomeration, ensuring that the active components and reinforcing materials in each cubic meter of concrete are evenly distributed, and the mixing uniformity reaches more than 98%. At the same time, the special design structure is conductive to the rapid discharge of bubbles during the mixing process, improving the compactness and strength of concrete products.
The transmission device of the CMP150 is composed of a high-efficiency motor and a hardened surface reducer specially designed by our company, with completely independent intellectual property rights. The motor and reducer are connected by a flexible coupling or hydraulic coupling (optional), which can ensure normal startup even under full load conditions, with low noise, large torque and strong durability.
The mixing blades of the CMP150 are designed with a patented parallelogram structure, which can be rotated 180° for reuse according to the actual wear condition, effectively improving the utilization rate and service life of the blades. The mixing drum is made of high-quality wear-resistant steel plate, which is resistant to impact and wear, and can adapt to long-term high-intensity mixing work. The equipment is equipped with a special maintenance door and observation port, which allows observation of the mixing situation without power failure, and Facilitates daily inspection, cleaning and maintenance, greatly reducing the labor intensity of operators and the overall operation cost of the equipment.
The CMP150 attaches great importance to operational safety. The maintenance door is equipped with a high-sensitivity and high-reliability safety switch. When the maintenance door is opened, the equipment will automatically stop running to avoid safety accidents caused by misoperation. The discharging door is equipped with a special sealing device, which ensures firm sealing and reliable control, preventing material leakage during the mixing process. The specially designed hydraulic pump station can meet the requirements of configuring multiple discharging doors, and has a manual discharging function, which can manually open the discharging door in case of emergency, ensuring the safety and smoothness of the production process.
