A newly completed intelligent UHPC precast concrete batching plant, equipped with two sets of CMP750 planetary mixers, has been officially commissioned for mass production of high-performance UHPC highway guardrails. Each CMP750 mixer features an effective capacity of 0.75 cubic meters, and the dual-mixer configuration greatly upgrades production efficiency while maintaining stable and reliable mixing quality for highway safety components.
UHPC highway guardrails require ultra-high strength, excellent impact resistance and structural durability, which place strict demands on material uniformity and steel fiber dispersion. Traditional mixing equipment often suffers from fiber agglomeration, uneven distribution and material segregation, leading to inconsistent product performance and hidden safety hazards in highway engineering.
To completely solve this industry pain point, the production line is specially equipped with an automatic steel fiber metering device and full-automatic PLC integrated control, covering automatic batching, precise feeding, fiber metering, intensive mixing and casting molding.

The CMP750 planetary mixer features an effective output capacity of 0.75m³ (750L) per batch, with a feeding capacity of 1125L and a single batch output weight of approximately 1800kg.
The mixer utilizes a 3D counter-current planetary mixing system (3 mixing arms + 1 scraper) combined with an automatic steel fiber metering device to guarantee uniform steel fiber dispersion without segregation.
